I know there's not a whole lot of buzz around it, so it probably won't hit 1 million, but for those who know about Gust's Atelier series, I reckon it might sell more than that series, since Fairy Tail is a more widely recognizable media franchise. Atelier's highest-selling title was November 2019's Atelier Ryza, which sold 420K copies by this April, and that's the 21st game in the series.

A month delay isn't bad all things considered. I'm curious to see how this title turns out

Just keep in mind, I'm no expert at game sales, nor do I know how sufficient this game's sales need to be for its success. I'm just making guesses based on what I see.

There’s also a bunch of side games besides the main 21 Atelier games. But with game sales, you can’t based it off the Anime’s popularity for Anime-based games. It can even get people who didn’t even know about the Anime and there’s also the fact that not every fan of the series is going to buy it. So it’s a gamble of how well it could do. Might do really well or could fail despite being somewhat well known. Good gameplay is also important for sales numbers. If it's bad, it could drastically make the sales drop.
