I wish I could find When Budding Lilies Blossom somewhere other than RightStuf... can't deal with their shipping prices and have no desire to make a $350 order...

Most of the alternative retailers that have hentai titles charge even more for international shipping than Right Stuf, at least to the Philippines. Amazon have some Fakku titles, including When Budding Lilies Blossom.
