Super happy they're doing a physical release for The Elusive Samurai

It's a shame Witch Watch is digital-only...

Why the hell is Witch Watch digital only while Elusive Samurai is physical? I'm assuming this has to do with the sales in Japan and hitting a certain threshold in order to guarantee the physical release stateside. I will probably get Elusive Samurai in physicals but I WOULD HAVE LIKED to have gotten Witch Watch (and Ayakashi Triangle, which also got a digital only release, come to think of it) physically. I know if I buy digital it might increase the chance of Viz to print physically but I'm not entranced by the idea of buying twice.

Going to be honest, the only one that really stood out to me from Viz's announcements is Crazy Food Truck. It sounds like it could be a real blast.

Is VIZ going to pretend that they released Akatsuki Hiden? I think its still the only Hiden novel they never translated. Its a shame because it apparently has some really interesting plot/lore related to the series.

Rooster Fighter? Alright! Very Happy

I've been waiting for an official English release of the manga, so I'm glad that it's finally happening.

They also skipped Konoha Hiden and Gaara Hiden.

Man, Viz is so spotty when it comes to novels. I've also been hoping Viz would go back and get the rest of the post-ending Bleach novels and if there wasn't a new season on the horizon that *might* push them to do so I'd have given up hope a long time ago.

IIRC Ghost reaper was kinda OK, as was Wich Watch and Kubo-san (thought that one lately gets a bit stale lately), Food Truck was quite interesting, and Junji Ito is always worth trying oput at least. "Strip the Flesh" sounds interesting as well.
