And they may also not ruin it. Either way, doomposting about it is not going to help the situation. (Also, if Horimiya was "ruined" then we clearly have very different definitions of that word.)

I hate this "Let's blame the animation studio when things go wrong" mantra as if the animation studio is responsible for hiring screenwriters in the first place. People have used this against CloverWorks and even their predecessor A-1 Pictures for years. It's becoming tiring at this point. If you want to point the finger at someone, maybe point it at yourself for having high expectations.

Horimiya was a pretty bad adaptation, that basically amounted to random clips from random points in the manga. There was a way to handle it better than it was.
