I don't think they confirmed how long this season is supposed to be. They'll probably skip the Kraken arc, since it was inspired by filler in the first season and I'm pretty sure they already adapted the final conversation in that arc for the Kyoto Saga anime anyway. And the Seven Wonders Arc is basically the build-up to the Illuminati Arc, so they'll likely adapt them together.
Though, if it ends up being a two-cour season, they could easily adapt all three arcs, preferably with a split cour after the end of the Seven Wonders.
