So one thing I noticed about this publisher is that they tend to charge identical prices for the print book as they do the ebook, seemingly the only publisher I know that does this. So $14 us for the ebook across multiple storefronts.
Anyways, I’m glad to see this series licensed and available as, I appreciate the comparisons to ReLIFE. I would think comparing to Haibara’s new game+ is a bit closer in terms of “time leap to youth genre” (which is surprisingly, a thing!)
Thanks for reminding me that this book is out!

I think it stems from the same source as the isekai boom: It's a variant of a popular fanfic genre, webnovel culture is descended from fanfic culture, and webnovels are a major source for light novels today, and eventually their manga and anime adaptations. Like this one -- it's based on a webnovel that started in December 2020, cross-posted on both Kakuyomu and Shousetsuka ni Narou.

Be nice if Haruka ends up developing more as a love interest.
