This will mark the first time that Dragon Ball, Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece will air together on the block, BTW.

I am...decidedly not a fan of the franchise, but I managed to survive all of DBZ Kai, so this can't be that bad, right?

I enjoyed DB Daima and it worked out I watched it subbed first so I'll be tuning into Toonami to watch the dub.

Last I checked Kai wasn’t anywhere near as disliked as GT was.

Oh it's more a distaste for DBZ in general than Kai in particular. But I can survive 20 episodes of a DB thing. Lord knows the block has aired much worse.

I've watched every single bit of anime [adult swim] has aired for two decades, good, bad, and horrific. I won't let a show or two I probably won't like stop me now.

Honesty, I rather not watch every single anime shown on the block for that long since not each show got me interested.

I always tell people who are curious about Dragon Ball to just read the manga. It has none of the pacing issues that are rife with all of the various animated forms. And, depending on your reading speed I suppose, it's a vastly smaller time-comittment. Sitting through all of Kai an not enjoying it sounds pretty dang torturous.

I don’t understand the negativity here.
I think it was pretty obvious to everyone that Daima was gonna be on Toonami at some point, whether Netflix likes it or not.
The Dragonball franchise is one of Toonami’s flagship series, so this being on Toonami makes perfect sense.
