How likely are the names of voice actors for the anime their real names, and not another set of pseudonyms?

I wonder why they would bother to get the censored version? Did it just come bundled with the uncensored version license?

Good question. Other streaming services will say that they try to get the uncensored versions for streaming, but it rarely happens, and then turns up for home video. It wouldn't make a whole lot of financial sense to get both for streaming unless it was either the only way at all. Maybe someone at OceanVeil decided having an option for people who don't want to see certain stuff would be good to have, but considering the main purpose of the site, I can't imagine an audience that goes as far as signing up for it but then doesn't want the full version.
