And let's add Sesame Street (particularly Cookie Monster) into the mix too because why not. And yes, that collaboration is real when I found out about it via Instagram earlier today.

Hasbro getting KPop Demon Hunters stuff while tossing Jem and the Holograms over to Boom Studios the same week they announced they're making an Energon Universe show about the licenses they actually care about (namely Transformers and G.I. Joe) really tells you that they regretted not doing something with Jem, but they're done trying to make that into anything. It's rare to see a co-toy license, admittedly, even if Hasbro and Mattel have done some recent collaborations on products.

They're also the most requested Halloween costumes

I assumed dolls would be happening through Mattel (surprised they haven't done Monster High dolls already), but I'm surprised to see action figures listed. That's something I could be interested in.

That's pretty much Hasbro's MO right now; license the stuff that's popular and license out their own IPs they can't be bothered with any more. It's why there are new MASK and Power Rangers toys out there without the Hasbro logo on the front.

Maybe because a year ago they already had signed a deal with another company to do release of dolls based on Jem and other properties.
