Disappointing, to say the least. The first episode had potential and then from episode 2 until the end, I couldn't help but wonder if it was intended to be a 3 cours series and two-thirds of the episodes were cut for no reason.

It relieved heavily on viewers having prior knowledge of the series via all it's other mixed media projects.

"I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone who prefers their anime without gore. More specifically, I wouldn't recommend this anime in general, but especially so if you'd prefer to avoid graphic violence." - there's a burn!

No significant disagreements with the review, but a few things not mentioned:
- Who thought it was a good idea to have some of the girls' eyes look like air force roundels? Even if the VTubers' images looked like that?
- A full episode was spent on a concert by the VTubers. That sort of thing should be left to an OVA unless the show is part of a franchise such as BanG Dream!.
- More importantly, the final episode provides no resolution as to what the future, if any, of Kamitsubaki City will be.
Really could not recommend the show to anyone but existing fans of the VTubers who want to see more of the witchling girls regardless of context.
