According to JP rumor mill this has something to do with the show's voice director, Masafumi Mima, because apparently some voice actors refuse to work with him
And Yumiri Hanamori owns and operates her talent agency, so.....I mean, I don't wanna pry because it's none of our business, but it does make you wonder

That's disappointing. I really enjoyed her performance as Koshigaya in the first season. I hope whatever caused this departure doesn't end up affecting any of the other cast members.
