You've got the characters and the franchise, so that counts as a win! spoiler[It's actually from episode #6 of Negima! - the first adaptation - after Negi loses the rooftop fight to the combined forces of Eva and Chachamaru. Right before Asuna shows up and kicks Eva in the face for the first time. ] BTW, the dub version of this line is: "So you see, you're my ticket out of here, Negi!" Not very unique, and definitely not as funny when removed from the original context.

spoiler[anime is definitely the second episode of Dragon Half, B is Mink and A is that cute little dude, I think wearing a turban, I think his name is Dug Finn maybe? They were fighting each other in episode 2 and A was hell bent on destroying Mink and she had no idea why, hence this exchange.]

Yep. That exchange became funnier after I read the manga, because the anime did cut a bunch of the story involving Dug Fin prior to that tournament.

Character C is spoiler[Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. The other 2 characters are Kurama and Kuwabara. I think they were doing to to decide who gets to go into the next fight. Though i cant remember the exact one.]

Haha for the life of me I cant remember the whole scene. But I always remembered that conversation because I thought it was actually funny. By the way, did you happen to pick a quote from that series because of all the ads for it lately?
