From what I saw of it, it had Goku, Luffy, and some weird guy which he hung on the window for awhile. |

Oooh, now it makes sense.
This isn't a TV special or movie, it's some sort of amusment park attraction, where you're looking at what's happening in eight or so directions at once. There's a similar one in Disney land. |

This is a theme park attraction at Odaiba in Tokyo. They have a life-size Going Merry from One Piece and this thing, which is a movie they project onto the windows with the DBZ cast, the One Piece cast and some people from Kochi Kame, the other big FujiTV show. It's pretty cool, if you ask me.
