Whoa, that's cheap.
I'm used to 200/yen a song at 128kbp/s WMA-DRM on major-label Japanese download stores.

Their artist page for Morning Musume。 says "This artist is limited to sales in: United States, Mexico, Canada." I guess they kind of have to at those prices, heh. I'm sure they have deals in Asia already.
