Midori Nonogami is a misreading of Midori Nonoue. All sources I have found indicate a reading of "Nonoue":
1) http://www.dgn.oka-pu.ac.jp/sotten2007/works/name/cat54/3115022_nonoue.html
2) Official artwork credits romanizing her name
3) All official translated credits I was able to find on R1 DVD releases of her work (Lucky Star OVA, Clannad, and Clannad After Story) consistently use "Nonoue" as the spelling.
