Oddly, I've seen Watsuki-sensei's other work Buso Renkin with an official thread here, but never one on the famous Rurouni Kenshin. I hope that no one minds if I start it off with a question I have.
In Act 44, there is a map of Europe since a character is planning to head to Germany. However, the borders of Germany are modern and not the time-period accurate borders of the German Empire. Why was this?
Thank you!

I'm guessing with the pace of weekly manga production, artists and assistants might not have the time to check out a historical atlas? Mistakes happen. Plus, gotta find time to read those X-men comics......

Ah, so just oversight? I hope I didn't sound rude!
