You and your friends opinions don’t matter when compared to millions, you shouldn’t have been surprised when you called.
edit - What did you expect them to do, change the line up because you want it to? |

Rurouni Kenshin has been played so many times on Cartoon Network that they probably don't want to show it anymore. Yuyu Hakusho should be coming back by the end of the year to finish up the series.

I find Zatch Bell mildly amusing. The third season of Rurouni Kenshin was all filler so you didn't really miss anything.

If you're so pissed, then just go out and buy the dvd. It's not like they didn't give you an option to watch the rest of it. |

as stated above in many posts, Y-Y Hak. is comming back...r-ken. was alllllllll FILLER! and wasnt even that good. When you have tens of thousands of emails, letters and phone calls a day with screamin anime fans, i highly doubt their gonna care about one humble opinion. anyways, things seem to be looking up at adult swim...sam. champloo is superb and FMA was simply awsome...

The reason for not showing the third arc of Rurouni Kenshin was because it was the Christian arc, and a rather inaccurate portrayal of it at that. We all know how Christian references are taboo on Cartoon Network, so because of that, they were too chicken to air those last 33 episodes because they were too worried about offending people.

Rurouni Kenshin Episode Summaries Much of what is shown on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim is a good bet, seeing as how they select what has much mass appeal. If you peruse the forums here, many of the titles which appear multiple times are also probably good selections for anime viewing. For my personal lists, I'd say check out Evangelion, X/1999, Wolf's Rain, Berserk, Boogiepop Phantom. That's by no means a comprehensive list--it's just what stood out first in my mind, and ought to get you to a good start. Also, it would be nice if you made a half-concerted effort to check your spelling and grammar within your posting.
What is that, you ask? Standard operation procedure. You have to realize the volume of similar grievances which are brought to them every single day. You're lucky they even gave a response, albeit a terse one. |

You raise a good point. Also, it's possible they realized that it's just filler material, and wouldn't have been as huge a hit as the Kyoto Arc. Of course, that's probably only a secondary reason--I feel yours is the primary one. |
