No, there isn't a dubbed version available. The DVD release is available only in Japanese with permanent English subtitles.

Questions like this should be posted on the Anime section, as this section deals with Encyclopedia suggestions.

The Macross Plus Movie Edition release, however, is listed in the encyclopedia as an "Hybrid DVD" when you add it to your collection, just like many other sub-only releases. This is because the "Hybrid DVD" type was created after the release was entered.
