I think there was one new enemy design around the 28 second mark. All of the others are from the first game. That's a bit worrisome.

I recently got into the Atelier series and started with Rorona which I loved(despite it being criticized quite heavily for it's time management game play) I plan to finish out the Arland trilogy and then go into the dusk games and they look great. Can't wait to get there.
