I think (hope) the chart is mistaken, and that the Blu-ray sets 3 and 4 are actually the DVD sets 1 and 2, with appropriate pricing differences from the Blu-ray sets?

Yeah the chart listed the blu-ray prices for the DVD sets as well. It should read DVD set 1 and 2 both 69.98 each.
