Cool! I was kind of hoping for a big treatise on the animation theory/principles of movement/whatever that GAINAX animators use (I wanna know the thought that goes into their unique bouncy stretchy visuals!)-- but this is nice too! I wish I could go there and see all the merch and production materials.

They should release some of these films here. Libraries could use them. The books are good but a visual guide is good as well.

I thought the theory of Gainax was on how to make peripheral female characters marketable.
