There dont seem to be a lot of retailers going there, will there be no United Publications there even? I could buy from Tokyo15 any time if I wanted to go into Manchester because it isnt that far away, and there seems to be only two other retailers confirmed there yet

When last I was in Manchester, I noticed cosplayers congregating around Piccadilly Gardens. From this one can presume there is sufficient cosplay activity to meet the requirements.
