hi guys,
I wanted to add an altinative name to an anime, but I got the message "you have lost the privilege to add info" so why is that? and how can I regain that privilege again? |

areaseven overreacted (again) because you tried to submit Clementine (TV) to the Encyclopedia. It's a French animation, not Japanese. Gimme a sec, I'll give you back the privilege. |

Clémentine: les merveilleux voyages de Clémentine et ses amis was written by French but *could be* animated by Japanese. The art style was very similar to those early 1980's World Masterpiece Theater style. To my knowledge it was never aired in Japan, but in addition to France it was aired in other European countries e.g. Italy, and for some reason was extremely popular in Turkey. I'm still having a hard time trying to look up its animation studio.
If and only if it was animated by Japanese then we *might* be able to include it in the Encyclopedia as "not anime but related," such as Aeon Flux, Thundercats, and Kill Bill. If not, then it has no place here. |
