ok i have the japanese verison of this anime its really good but i dont understand the ending, like he destroys the socery globe first boss on that planet then they tell about the main boss which they need to destroy how come they dont? or go in the transporter? is that really the endin?

The anime only covers about half of the game. That's not the end by any means.
