Hey I seen that RaptureTv broadcast there channel Online,which does that mean the RaptureTv anime like FMA,Wolf's Rain,and Mezzo are online as well?

Rapture don't air Wolf's rain anymore, but yes, you can watch FMA and Mezzo online - you just have to wait for when they start.
