I am praying to both Haruhi and Madoka that the film will still be screening when I go there at the end of December.

When I was in Japan, the first two movies (which opened on October 6th and October 13th, respectively) played until December 13th before they were finally taken out of all the theaters in my area. If you're lucky, you might find one that plays later, but that's late enough as it is, so... don't raise your hopes up too much. ):

Finally went to watch the AnoHana movie on Saturday, while basically everyone else was there to watch MadoMagi.
