You should watch either of them after 135, but it would be best to watch them after 141. The fillers start 136, but the first filler arc is pretty crucial, and should pretty much be considered canon in some ways because of the arc's effects on the characters. Both of the movies are basically filler themselves, but they should be watched after those episodes.

Might as well just watch them after the arc when Sasuke leaves which is 135, 141 really has no bearing.

Just taking a shot in the dark here, but sometime around when the Exams hit DVD. Maybe a year from now.

Prove me wrong Viz.

So at what point does the filler become completely retarded so I can stop watching?

Thanks Ataru!

Darn, I hate being so far behind, Why does it take so long to air/release things over here?!

That's not true. The first filler arc, though not canon, is still pretty crucial. I mean spoiler[that's when Sakura decided to actually do something and become a Medical Ninja].

Pleroma, watch at least to 141. Then you'll be pretty much set. Then start it up again with Part 2 (which has yet to be released).

Fine whatever watch the second movie after 135 and the third after 141. The fact that they put that 141 in there leads me to believe they had already planned for the third movie the slick bastards. Didn't Sakura do most, hell all of her training when Naruto was gone. How are they going to explain that after the time jump. spoiler[The whole shock during Kakashi's training after the time skip is going to seem pointless now that.]

The easiest way to do this is simply to check the movies premiere dates to see which episodes they premiered after...

Movie 1: Between 97 and 98
Movie 2: Betweem 145 and 146
Movie 3: Between 195 and 196

I wouldn't worry too much about watching movies 2 and 3 in the proper order, since they take place during the filler arcs. Also, as far as the movies seeing a US release, I'm sure they will, but I wouldn't expect it until after the above episodes are aired.

Why does everything take so long when you wait? Razz My only guess is that they wait on DVDs to catch up to where to movie was release, kind of like what they are doing with Inuyasha.
