It's amazing how much I can understand of that first video even though there are no subtitles. Perhaps I've watched so much anime that I've learned Japanese by osmosis?

Well, how many different beach/hot spring episodes can ya do? 
Just switch the character designs and keep everything else.

Kyouran Kazoku Nikki had an unsuspected plot to the "bath" episode. While Good Luck Girl had a bit of "fun" with the "bath" episodes that I've not seen in other shows, at least the reaction in one particular scene. So, you can't say that they are ALL the same. But, I do agree the majority are the same.
