XY continues to do noticeably better than Best Wishes. Never doubt the power of cute girls doing cute things.

Hope Princess Allie is a recurring character who stalks the group trying to marry Citron Laughing

Youkai Watch is kinda a unique take on the monster battling genre and does things differently which originally made me think it wouldn't be that popular and might be too different for it to succeed.. There's more focus on puzzle solving/slice of life than battles and stuff. There's no real battling or villains, just Keita using the Youkai he befriends to solve people's problems. Most of the Youkai he befriends have no real battle application and only do random things like cause people to forget things, or spill their deepest secrets, or have to pee really bad, or become hikikomoris. Some of them don't do anything at all and are kinda useless so he has to figure out which ones would work best in a given situation to solve the problem. Cute show though and Jinmenken is the best youkai. Perverted, alcoholic, middle-aged Japanese salaryman trapped in the body of a dog.. leads to some funny moments Laughing
