I've got several fansubbed copies. I haven't checked the official BD releases from Japan. But the anime is certainly sweet. They should finish the anime.

I'm up to like chapter ... I think either 38 or 42 on the manga. I bought the first two copies but haven't read the translation. My sister likes the manga a lot, not sure if she saw the anime or not.

But anyways ... :/ ................ maybe Sankarea will live ...

Near the end of August, I bought and read through volumes 1-7 of the manga. Loved it...but it ended on a cliffhanger, so I'm chomping at the bit for volume 8.

Actually, to explain, Funi got broadcast versions(censored) instead of home video versions(uncensored) for their DVD/BD masters but they didn't know it(supposedly).

After the customers complained, Funi issued a recall to replace them. However, that replacement process has been in stasis ever since then...
