Unfortunately, I expected this and didn't preorder it for that reason.
It is bad enough when people buy a cheap set which doesn't live up to expectations whether we get a fix or not but saving up and committing to getting an expensive one is a whole other level. I would really like to support Garden of Sinners, but I'm iffy for the same reasons... I can see that we do get reviews of anime releases, but it seems to mostly be after the release has came out and hundreds of people may have already experienced faults with a release. |

I have the problem with my release but it wouldn't put me off buying another release and if they are sending a replacement holder then this is fantastic as I can display the "faulty" one as artwork on a shelf
