I think you might want to fix some names - it's Takuma Terashima and Jouji Nakata.

They didn't. Mard Geer is the commander of the Nine Demon Gates and stands above them. He also appears a bit later than them.

An interesting mix of voices. Not all of them were what I was expecting/thinking it would be when I read the manga.
