Hmm. I still think it was kind of a shame Joshiraku was never licensed. It still found it pretty funny even though most of the jokes flew way over my head.

It was funny in places but sometimes I didn't have clue what was going on at all. I guess that's the reason.

I would really love to own it. (hint hint NIS) yes some of the jokes would go over my head but it is one of the funniest non romantic comedies out there in recent years I think
