Now with people learning about the dreaded fillers I have a feeling that the manga is only going to get bigger. It wouldn't surprise me if this broke into the top ten someday.

The problem with that is that the anime airings on Cartoon Network have already passed the graphic novel releases, [and] will catch up to the Shonen Jump releases in two or three more episodes.
