No it's just a hour long special and that's that. As far as a full length anime goes, I can't see that happening as the series is almost 200 volumes long and that's damn near unadaptable. They did have one back in the mid-90's that ran for 373 eps. over 8 years and I'm sure it covered a huge chunk of the manga as is.
