Huh. Mad Bull is supposed to be black? Could've fooled me. Guess the anime took liberties.

I thought he was supposed to be a Puerto Rican.

Interesting, I never used Renta. Do they have an Android app or is it web browser only?

Ditto for being surprised Sleepy was supposed to be black.

Never heard of Renta, but I'll have to look into it. So hyped for this though. Koike's true masterpiece right here folks, forget Lone Wolf and Cub, pfft.

If they could get Pastel vol. 16-now, I would be so happy since that's 1 of my favorite manga.

I might give it a try if I knew they would get the entire series.
And no Sleepy was never black they said even in the manga that he and his family were Puerto Rican. |

Mad Bull 34 sounds, to me, kind of a like a spiked Red Bull.

WHAT.
WHAAAAAAAAA~ Renta, I've never heard of you before, but I kind of like you now. Let's hope the whole thing DOES get released, I believe the scanlations stopped at around 2 volumes. Oh and, hey guys, guess what else is there? http://en-renta.papy.co.jp/renta/sc/frm/item/63829/ *happiness intensifies* |

I did suggest that Dark Horse pick it up next, but I guess they're busy with that shitty Lone Wolf and Cub sequel.

The first few volumes are dumb fun but the joke gets old fast and the series overall isn´t recomendable after everyone but the lead dies. It sure gets sureal though and Mad Bull 2000 is a more tame and thus pointless/short reboot. Overall a typical Koike offering. I hope that helps.

I won't say never but I will say super unlikely (99.9%) to ever see a print release. Reasons: -Old (pretty much the kiss of death in the manga market today) -Anime counter part is also old -Now being released in English in some official capacity (many companies won't touch a series that already has an e-release. Basically, this all means if there was a print edition it might only sell a few hundred copies and so it isn't worth the time or investment to release. |

I literally made a audible "AAAHHH" noise at seeing this. Man I don't know anything about renta but seriously with Mad Bull and Otokojuku it is hard to really think bad of them. |

I can so see jokes being made about this in an ANNCast episode. Though out of Zac and Justin, I wonder who would tell the joke.
