These ads are way more fun than they have any right to be. And the original cast too!

Its weird to hear Jonny Yong Bosh as the black ranger again. Also, except for the yellow ranger, did all the original power rangers reprise their roles?

I loved that interview with Harvey one because it took me for a ride down memory lane and it was pretty funny. Very Happy

That's the complete cast from the second season and 1995 movie, as well the original voices of Goldar and Scorpina. (Thuy Trang, the Yellow Ranger who died in 2001, had already left the show by then. And since she died in a car crash, it would be rather tasteless to have a stand-in try to replicate her voice for a car ad.) The only one they had to replace for these was the voice of Zordon, as that VA passed away some time ago (the replacement does a pretty good imitation, though).

These are great. I can tell the writers had a lot of fun with these.

But are those Fords that huge that the two of them can drive them? Or do these villains change size?

but from the looks of the clips they're basing this around season 2 so It'd be Aisha and not Trini in the ad (Karan Ashley is very much still alive)

hmmm I think they only got Jason David Frank and Johnny Young Bosh, the rest seem like sound-alike (for example Billy in the clip did not sound like David Yost)

No, they got the original Zordon, David Fielding, back for this commercial. He physically played Zordon the whole time and voiced him for a while during season one. The actor who did most of the voice acting for Zordon, Robert Manahan, was the one who passed away.

That is definitely not Amy Jo Johnson.

Only the black and white rangers are voiced by the original actors.

Did they really get a bunch of the old actors to do this? The first I thought was "these are all pretty good voice matches."
