It sure would be nice to see it in theaters like the first film, but I'm just happy it's being released period. Quite a few years back Digimon on home video in the US seemed like nothing but a wish but now I'm a happy owner of the first 4 series (need to look into getting the others eventually).

Awesome news! I really hope they can get a theater release for this one too - had a blast at the first one. Having an official release date, though, is great in and of itself!
