Actually, the tower in question is Kyoto Tower.
It is better for you to read the Japanese article and see the illustrations well, Ms Sherman.

Yeah, this is definitely Kyoto Tower (京都タワー), not Tokyo Tower (東京タワー).

Still, nice article. Just might want to fix the location.
