This always struck me as the kind of story better suited to gaming than anime; glad I'll be able to check it out for myself!

I already played and enjoyed the japanese one although I didn't understand everything. I'm looking forward to play the english one to see what I missed!

Don't get your hopes up too much.
Besides being one of the biggest entries in the franchise, is also the weakest in terms of execution, writing and twists. The anime, surprisingly, was an actual pretty good adaptation (despite the omission of some detailed info here and there), and you all saw how that turned out to be (and they even added a little filler to better expand a certain character and relations too). I'm all in for more english releases of visual novels for consoles and portables though, so I'm definitely buying this one (in the end, it still is... ok, kinda good in some parts). I'm hoping for the Elite version, since I didn't touched it just yet, and I'm rather curious about what does it add. |

I'm down. I really think the anime takes too much flack - it's not anything stellar by any means (though I do love Frau) but I think it catches a lot more hate than it would if it didn't have to be compared to Steins;Gate.
