It has KOF 2001, but not 2000...lol
What a bizarre piece of kitsch. I suspect the prancing reindeer and snow are optional stickers like on the other version, but ho boy those gold buttons/sticks on red....aggressive.
I suppose this is the closest we're getting to a mini version of the Western "Big Red" Neo Geo cabs.

The NEO's big selling points are the Metal Slug games and fighting games.
Sports games won't sell that system.
I don't like the business of 14 games difference and more fighting games for Japan.
The PS Mini special coming out already lost sales because of the lackluster software lineup for the West.
These sound like nice deals if you don't want to deal with PC emulation and dealing with all the headaches that has but at the same time these companies ---!
ARGGGGHHH!!
Some of the software choices for the West were just lousy.

The Neo Geo does have some pretty fantastic sports games though, namely Baseball Stars and Neo Turf Masters.
...neither of which are on any incarnation of the Mini. >:|
