Code Geass is not really all that confusing, especially if you've been watching enough mecha anime such as Gundam and the like for a while, but I did find these short videos to be amusing and it's nice that the people doing the movie promotion have a sense of humor. So cheers to that.

Strictly speaking, yes, but these are three very short and lighthearted videos with the main points.
It's a funny way to give the minimum required information to other people and also amuse the fans.
