As someone's who's got a disability himself, I agree this story sounds too mean-spirited and nothing I'd want to buy. Why isn't Yen Press licensing the rest of the Magical Girl Raising Project manga (like the Restart arc) and light novels instead of tripe like this? That story in itself had a mean-spirited tone but it wasn't poking fun at people, it was intended to be serious and intense, and it worked in that regard, and didn't overshadow whatever lighter moments that were there.

Because... it's probably not selling too well, so licensing more manga adaptations of that series wouldn't be profitable? Just a thought.
Also, Yen is still releasing the novels for MGRP. (Unless there's a spin-off I'm not aware of that's yet to be licensed?)
