I doubt they're just randomly excluding countries on a whim. It's more than likely due to someone else in those countries already having the rights (and probably exclusive rights at that). I'm sure they're not happy about it either.

Just added episode 1-61 for premium users. A long way to go until Wano, but I'm thinking about rewatching the whole thing.
