Paddy.
[I looked this up; paddy is from malay. Patty is from pate, and thus a doublet with paste and pasta etc. Some dialects make them homophones.]

Yeah, I was imagining some kind of picture in a rice ball or something, like latte art.
It is a very nice tribute, but I wish the video had shown the finished field. The high aerial view is not the vantage point for which it was designed, so I still feel like I haven't seen it properly yet. I think it's supposed to be like those perspective sidewalk chalk artworks that appear 3D.
