Nice. I'm glad they're able to begin production this soon. Hopefully they can get this done safely and it'll be safe to watch it in theatres when it's out.

Fewer humans, and we're good. I never got around to seeing the previous, but people are happy, so I'm happy.

I'm interested to see how they approach adapting Sonic's world (which I presume will be part of the sequel's plot).

Fingers crossed the movie turns out well. The biggest threat to that original film was the design side of it. If they stuck with their guns and used that nightmare fuel Sonic...we wouldn't be talking about a sequel.
Thankfully they did figure things out and I'm sure the sequel will be light fun. A good chance to further step out into Sonic's world. I still expect some human characters to play a role and not completely be sidelined. But it should focus more heavily on Sonic, Tails, and whoever else they choose to introduce. |
