They must be doing a part 2/3 for this. The original description of the production describes Baki's battle with his father and the key visual shows the mantis and Yujiro, yet the opening and trailers only show the prison arc.

In 12 episodes? Absolutely not. According to wikipedia, the Baki Hanma part is 37 volumes long and the previous part was 31 volumes adapted into 39 episodes. Probably at least 24 more episodes, if not more.
That's unless they pull a 7seeds and start adapting multiple volumes into a single episode
