Now that's beautiful. 
I also appreciated identifying unwanted photography as bullying. That's a hot button issue for me, as people at my workplace, knowing full well my aversion, and despite repeated pleas both polite and angry, continued to pretty much make a game of taking my picture and then crowing over their "gotcha." Maybe if I had been able to call it out as bullying, they'd have gotten the point. Probably not.
Sounds like a nice story though. I hope it gets an anime someday.
