You probably should mention that there is 2004 OVA ''Great Yamato No. 0'' that takes place in 3199. The original ''Be Forever Yamato'', on the other hand, involved time travel to only 2402.

I am so confused by the reference to Great Yamato No. 0. No one expected that tie-in. Redoing Be Forever is less surprising.
