I'm surprised we haven't had a successful part 2 for Corpse Party. I'll support it, hopefully we're over the episodic releases for gaming for a bit.

Anything new with Corpse Party's an incredibly hard sell at this point. The remake of the first game is great but every subsequent entry, the other games and the adaptations of it alike, has been awful.

Third or fourth depending on how you want to count it. They released chapter 1 of Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient in 2013, then they remade it and released chapter 1 again in 2017, and also before all that the actual sequel is Book of Shadows.
Granted what became Blood Covered also had an aborted chapter structure release that they bailed out on actually seeing through so I guess it's just a series tradition at this point.
